I ordered $255.80 worth of pond supplies and put it on my debit card. After a few days, when my order had not shown up, I called the company. I had to leave a message and asked that someone get in touch with me. No response. I then e-mailed the company. No response. At this point I have called and left messages 7 times and e-mailed 3 times. My last e-mail said " Even if you stole my money, a response to let me know that would be appreciated". I'll never hear from this company and will not see my money or pond supplies, but maybe this report will prevent someone else from being as foolish as I have been.

Wish I had read about Pond Appeal before I ordered
some goods. I too have had no reply from Pond Appeal
after they debited my credit card. I can't get in touch with
anyone at Pond Appeal, cause they don't answer the phone.
This is my first bad experience when buying from the Internet.
Wonder if enough people got scamed if we can do something
about this?
