A spa is a place where you go to relax and rid of all the stress and try to rest your body and mind. I love going to the spa. But going to spa bar is just the opposite. They don't give you time to rest. They don't know what a spa is all about. All they know is that they have to make money.
I had made an appointment with Spa Bar well in advance. I had also paid the advance for my body massage and manicure and pedicure. The day I went there, there was a lot of rush. When I told them that I had an appointment they asked me to wait as there was a lot of appointments made today. I found that they had lack of organization. All they want is the money and are not bothered if the customers are satisfied and are given the service they deserve for their money. They overbooked which is definitely not what a day spa should be doing. They were hurrying with everything. I don't think I will return to Spa Bar. I don't mind traveling far but I want what I pay for.
