Recently I returned to my grandma's home, she had quit old may be 70 years old furniture décor in her home. But I though to give some modern look to her bedroom, she will never allow me too change living rooms décor, never! We both went to Steinhafeli's Furniture showroom to select some good accessories and bed. The staff was very nice at first, but my old lady needs to observe each and everything she bugs and so she ask the representative to show some more and more quality and stuff. The young man was pretty loose tempered and screamed at us. We were about to leave the store, other guy approached us and help us to select things. Of course we paid a heavy bill there. But the stupid fellow always showed his ugly face. Quality is nice but I will not recommend this store, its customer service is very poor!
