Robert Munger (The Omen & Born Again) scammed me out of $20,000, stole the plot from my script The Devil's Reign and had a new script written to his liking. I had a contract with him with the understanding that he was going to produce my film. He told me he had to have my script polished and I had to pay the $20,000 for a writer to work on the script. He said he would receive nothing until the film was made. He is a self-professed "Born again Christian" who always told me, "You can trust me. I will do nothing but look out for your best interests." To me he was the devil's disciple.

I have canceled checks and a contract with Munger that states I own the copyright to any script produced from my story. Only Munger and I had copies of the new script. As soon as the new script was written Munger made an excuse to back out on his promises. He obviously already had plans to sell he script I legally owned. Two years later, it became End of Days starring Arnold Schwarzenegger. Over twenty scenes from several drafts of my screenplay were in the End of Days script and film. Some scenes were identical to mine.

I also learned that Munger only paid $5,000 to writers and he pocketed the rest of my $20,000. Unfortunately, I couldn't afford to sue and I was lied to by attorneys who discouraged me from filing a lawsuit against Munger and the End of Days production companies. Now I know that I had a strong case that should have won justice for me in court.

I tell the whole story in my book The Devil's Reign. Three months after publication of my book, Schwarzenegger received a copy. Less than a month later I received a call from my publisher. I was told, "You remove everything about Arnold Schwarzenegger and his movie from your book or we are canceling your book and severing all ties with you." I refused to do that and my book was canceled. I sued my publisher. A New York literary attorney verified that I had documentation to back up all my claims. The case was settled out of court and my book was republished intact in 2007. My publisher now states in my book, "The statements made by the author in this book have been validated with documentation and verified by this publisher's legal department.
