I will never hire this company again. I never knew that they were so irresponsible and an absolute rip off! I had a bitter experience with them. I would never recommend this service to anyone. If you still want to try them out then please go ahead but at your own risk. They are the worst you can get in North Adams, MA. I had got to know about them to a friend who said they were not good but I thought may be she was wrong and she wasn't.
The driver arrived about forty five minutes late. When I questioned him what was wrong he said the route he took there was a lot of traffic. When we were on our way to my destination there was a lot of traffic. And by mistake he spilled the beans. He said that he did not face so much traffic on the way to pick me and immediately changed the topic. To add to it he was filthy. All I had him brag about how good his company was and how
horrible other companies were. I told him you were late. He said that it wasn't his fault and shut up. They do not practice good business. The only reason I gave them a star was because I couldn't give them 0 stars. I will never call them again.
