I participated in their "surveys" by completing offers from several companies. All of my completed offers still show "Pending". I contacted them via email, and got a reply stating I had to email proof that I completed these offers. So I did!

I have not heard back from them since.

I have reported them to the BBB, as well as the company that hides them, Domains by Proxy, Inc.

Domains by Proxy will not offer up the contact info for Viva Research. I will wait 1 week for a reply from the BBB, Viva, or Domains By Proxy. After which I WILL contact the police.

I will not go away easy!
