I was supposed to receive one month free and half price monthly service. I authorized a one time fee of $9.95 for shipping. No monthly fee was allowed. I received adapter and it would not work. I called their tech dept. They spent over 3 hours and conceded that it would not work for me. They told me to return adapter. I put it in original box, marked return to sender. That month there was a $37.99 fee stolen from my account. I called (always at least 25 minute wait) spoke to Brian; he agreed I never had service but did not have authority to reimburse me. I asked to speak to supervisor of accounts-Kathleen. She said it was past the 30 day money back guarantee, so she could not reimburse me. I said I never had service. She said she knows-nothing she could do. I called President of company-Michael Snider. He has some flunky call me back because "he does not speak to customers". After arguing for over an hour, He says I should have been given a secret number to return the adapter. I said I wasn't given anything from the tech guy. He says "sorry" the only way we will stop taking money from your account is if you pay $119 cancellation fee. "I NEVER HAD SERVICE "there should be no cancellation. HE says "TOO BAD" and hangs up. I have all the employee ID numbers that I spoke to, if they are real. Everyone in the office directory is named Smith except for one Poindexter. Fake names too!! Criminals often use fake names.
