It has been well over 12 hours since I made a request to withdraw a sum of money to be deposited in my egold account, this is supposed to be automatic and I have read the FAQS page to find out how long this takes, it states normally 12 hours, I have email several tiles both from the support page and from my email account and I have not even received a we are sorry for the delay or we are working on it, NOTHING except the email telling me that I made the request on Tuesday 22 May 2007 at 2:02:24 pm. no other contact from them at all.

I hav been in contact with egold and they have done an investigation, from their investigation I have been informed that egold will NO longer make spends to charminvestment.com , Egold thanked me for informing them of this problem.

I went back to charminvestment and requested another withdrawal of the rest of the funds they tell me I have. I did not even receive an email telling me that the request had been sent.
