i bought tvonpcelite...not thru paypal but this may work to get your money back like i did.
contact "ESELLERATE.COM"...they are the ones that handled my transaction...they tried contacting "tvonpcelite.com" many times to explain themselves but they didnt even respond to ESELLERATE(big shock)!! so i got my money back from esellerate...i encourage all that have been scammed to try this solution
